AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Orders of in-stock items are typically dispatched on the next business day, unless additional services like resizing are required. For bespoke or custom-made items, please refer to the production timelines below for details.
All parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking information.
Shipping Options in Australia:
- Express Shipping: Available Australia-wide, all orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Parcel Service. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After dispatch, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a tracking link to monitor your parcel’s progress. You can also visit www.auspost.com.au/tracking and use the tracking number from your email. Please allow up to one business day for orders to be dispatched.
BESPOKE ORDERS
Custom jewellery pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately four weeks for production. This timeframe does not include processing and shipping. If you require a bespoke item sooner, please email us at queenjewellersmatraville@gmail.com to confirm whether we can meet your deadline. We will strive to deliver your piece promptly while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship.
